Still need to buy

Nothing marked Still need.

  1. Buy

    Surround tile or stone

Square footage plus 15%, plus 20% for herringbone, diagonal, or large format tile. One order, one dye lot.

  2. Buy

    Single dye lot confirmed

Check the lot number on every box. They must match.

  3. Buy

    Edge trim or metal profile

  4. Buy

    Hearth stone or tile

Only if the hearth is part of the job.

  5. Decide

    Grout color

Or no grout line for stacked stone. We supply the grout.

  6. Decide

    Mantel

Existing, new, or none. A new mantel is installed by others before tile.

  7. Decide

    Coverage

Firebox face only, full wall, or floor to ceiling.

Gas inserts and firebox work are done by a licensed fireplace installer, not us.

  • The tile itself, in one order and one dye lot.
  • Trim or metal edge profiles. The most forgotten item.
